- The FAQ "Where are you based?" states: "We are based in Zurich, Switzerland (HQ). We also have offices and teams in Barcelona, Spain, and Shanghai, China", with "production hubs in Shanghai (clothing) and Spain (footwear)". The Spanish association is offices and design, not garment sewing.2
- No specific factory name, address or district in Shanghai is published; the FAQ names the city only.1

- FashionUnited reported in November 2021 that the company, founded in 2008 as Tailor4Less and later renamed Hockerty, has 60-plus employees across Zurich, Barcelona and Shanghai, and describes Shanghai as chosen because it "has been producing bespoke made to measure suits and shirts by hand since the end of the 19th century". Sister brand Sumissura (women's, since 2013) runs on the same production model.4
- The same report describes the garments as hand-made in Shanghai "out of private label fabrics sourced from Australia, Italy and China".4
