Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nathan Tailors' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nathan Tailors, operating under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Services Provided

Nathan Tailors provides custom tailoring services including:

• Custom suits, dresses, and garments made to individual measurements
• Remote consultation services via Telegram and WhatsApp
• Guided Measurement App with step-by-step photo instructions for self-measurement
• AI-assisted style visualisation through The Atelier and related design tools
• International shipping coordination — shipping, handling, and customs charges are quoted in addition to the garment price and may be collected by us on behalf of our logistics partner (see Section 5)

Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Nathan Tailors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All pricing is quoted in USD and may vary based on fabric selection, design complexity, and customisation requirements. The final order total will be confirmed in writing before production begins. Prices quoted on our website, price menu, Atelier renderings, and any related materials are for the garment itself and DO NOT include: (a) international shipping; (b) destination customs duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees; or (c) payment processing surcharges (see below). Where applicable these are added as separate line items. A transaction processing fee of approximately 5% is applied to card payments to cover card-network processing, cross-border banking costs, and currency conversion. This fee is shown as a separate line item on your payment link, on the Stripe checkout page, and on your receipt. You consent to this fee at the time you initiate payment. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By initiating a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms. Nathan Tailors does not store or have access to your full card details.

Measurements, Photos, and Fitting Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear photos following the instructions in our Guided Measurement App or supplied by our team. While we strive for an excellent fit using your measurements, variations may occur due to measurement inaccuracies, body shape changes between submission and delivery, posture, or individual body characteristics. Where a fit issue results from a workmanship defect on our part, we will remake or alter the garment at our discretion. Where a fit issue results from inaccurate or incomplete measurements submitted by you, additional charges and shipping costs may apply for alterations or a remake. All measurement requests, claims, and remake requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, fabric availability, public holidays, and shipping factors. Standard turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from final measurement confirmation. Shipping costs and timelines vary by destination, carrier, and service level. International shipping is normally handled by Hoi An Post, DHL, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, or a comparable carrier, and is quoted in addition to the garment price. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. For your convenience, and so that you are not asked to settle payment with a carrier or other third party separately, Nathan Tailors collects shipping, handling, and related logistics charges directly, typically as part of a single payment. Where we do so, these amounts are collected on behalf of our chosen logistics partner — which may include but is not limited to Hoi An Post, DHL, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, or a comparable carrier — and are remitted to that partner. Carriage of the goods is performed by the logistics partner under its own terms of carriage; Nathan Tailors acts solely as a collection and coordination agent in respect of shipping and is not the carrier. Because such amounts are committed to or paid out to third parties once a shipment is booked or dispatched, shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable. Destination customs duties, import VAT/GST/sales tax, brokerage fees, and any other charges levied by the customer's local authority or carrier are the customer's responsibility. We declare goods accurately as required by law. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns, Remakes, and Refunds

Custom-made garments are produced specifically to your measurements and design choices and cannot be resold. We do NOT offer refunds for completed custom orders. Where a workmanship defect or production error on our part is identified within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photographs, we will at our sole discretion remake the garment, alter the garment, or issue a partial credit toward a future order. We do not warranty against: normal wear and tear; weight or body changes after measurements were submitted; damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage; alterations performed by third-party tailors; or fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer. Deposits paid for custom work are non-refundable once production has begun (fabric cut).

The Atelier, AI Renderings, and Image Rights

The Atelier and related tools produce AI-generated visualisations of suit and garment styles based on inputs you provide. These renderings are illustrative previews and are not exact representations of the final hand-tailored garment. Real-world colour, drape, sheen, and proportions may differ from any digital rendering. When you create a rendering in The Atelier, the Wedding Mood Board, or any related Nathan Tailors design tool, you grant Nathan Tailors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the resulting images in any medium for any purpose, including but not limited to: the public Atelier gallery; the Wedding Mood Board gallery; social media (including Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok); marketing campaigns; product pages; and training data for our own AI models. IF you upload a reference photo, portrait, or any other image as part of using these tools: you represent and warrant that you own all rights in the uploaded image or have obtained all necessary consents from any person depicted, and you grant Nathan Tailors the same licence described above with respect to the uploaded image and any AI-derivative of it. You waive any moral rights you may have in the uploaded image to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We may decline to process any image at our discretion. If you wish to request takedown of a specific publicly-displayed Atelier rendering tied to your account or identifiable to you, contact us — we will assess takedown requests on a good-faith basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, blog posts, photographs (excluding user-submitted images licensed to us under Section 7), logos, fabric catalogues, and design templates — is the property of Nathan Tailors or our licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from our content for commercial purposes without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nathan Tailors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, our services, or our garments. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.

Disputes, Chargebacks, and Governing Law

If you have any concern about an order — workmanship, fit, delivery, or otherwise — please contact us first via WhatsApp (preferred), Telegram, or email at nathantailorshoian@gmail.com. We commit to acknowledging contact within 2 business days and working in good faith to resolve any issue. Filing a card chargeback or dispute through your bank or card network without first contacting Nathan Tailors directly is a breach of these Terms. In any such dispute we may submit evidence to the card network including order confirmations, the measurement record, communications, photographs of the finished garment, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery. Where a chargeback is filed and subsequently won by Nathan Tailors, the customer remains responsible for any chargeback fees and reasonable administrative costs. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law and, at our election, in the courts of Quang Nam Province, Vietnam.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes to pricing, refund, or rights provisions will be reflected here; continued use of our services after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
