By accessing and using Nathan Tailors' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nathan Tailors, operating under the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Services Provided

Nathan Tailors provides custom tailoring services including:

• Custom suits, dresses, and garments made to individual measurements
• Remote consultation services via Zoom and WhatsApp
• Measurement kits and instructions for self-measurement
• International shipping and delivery services
• Wedding party bulk orders and coordination services

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Nathan Tailors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Pricing is quoted in USD and may vary based on fabric selection, design complexity, and customization requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins. For future online payment features: Payment processing will comply with Vietnamese regulations and international payment standards. All transactions will be processed securely through approved payment gateways.

Measurements and Fitting

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements following our provided instructions. While we strive for perfect fit, variations may occur due to measurement inaccuracies or individual body characteristics. We offer reasonable adjustments and corrections when feasible. Additional charges may apply for significant alterations beyond the original order specifications.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, fabric availability, and shipping factors. Standard turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks from final measurement confirmation. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Warranties

Custom-made garments are created specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for completed custom orders. We warranty our craftsmanship and will address manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear, improper care, alterations by third parties, or damage caused by the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Nathan Tailors or our licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Nathan Tailors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in accordance with Vietnamese law and jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
