Payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe; Nathan Tailors does not store or have access to your full card number. • Cloud storage and AI image-generation providers — used to process Atelier renderings and Wedding Mood Board generations. Uploaded reference images are transmitted to these providers solely to produce the requested output. • Telegram — used for customer communications when initiated by you. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Photos, Body Measurements, and AI-Generated Images

When you use the Guided Measurement App, The Atelier, the Wedding Mood Board, or any related Nathan Tailors tool, we collect and process: • Body measurements you provide (cm/inches) — stored against your order record for production. • Photos you upload for measurement verification — used internally for fit checking and quality control; not published publicly without your separate consent. • Reference images you upload to The Atelier or Wedding Mood Board — used to produce an AI rendering and may be used (alongside the resulting rendering) in marketing and gallery contexts as described in our Terms of Service. • AI-generated renderings (Atelier images, mood-board images, suit-generator outputs) — by default visible in our public galleries and used in our marketing. We will not publish your face or other identifiable likeness in marketing without your separate, specific consent. If you would like us to remove a publicly-displayed rendering or photograph associated with you, please contact us.

Your Rights
