- The Tailored Brands FY2019 10-K states: "We also own and operate a factory located in New Bedford, Massachusetts that manufactures quality U.S. made tailored clothing consisting of designer suits (including custom suits), tuxedos, sport coats and slacks", with approximately 650 employees there members of Unite Here at the time.1
- The corporate site names the plant as "The Joseph Abbould Manufacturing Corporation in New Bedford, MA" [sic], "the largest tailored clothing factory in the United States", producing "American-made items". The page names no other country.2
- A 16 April 2025 press release for the American Bespoke collection confirms the plant is still sewing: "Crafted in-house at the company's factory in New Bedford, Massachusetts", with "approximately 400 skilled employees". The stated headcount fell from about 650 in the 2020 10-K to about 400 in 2025.31
- The FY2019 10-K notes about 180 employees at the "Jos. A. Bank Hampstead, Maryland tailoring overflow shop and distribution centers", an alterations and overflow operation, not primary suit manufacture.1

- The last public country-level sourcing disclosure is the FY2019 10-K, filed March 2020: "For fiscal 2019, approximately 66% of direct sourced merchandise for our retail brands was from Asia (18% from China) while 13% was sourced in the U.S. (primarily from our U.S. factory), 7% was sourced in Mexico and 14% was sourced in other regions." For fiscal 2018 the figures were 72% Asia (23% China), 9% Mexico, 8% US, 11% other. These are fiscal-2019 numbers, about seven years old.1
- The FY2015 10-K figures still circulating (retail about 60% Asia, 36% China, 13% US, 12% Mexico) are superseded by the FY2019 numbers; the corporate-apparel segment they also covered was divested before FY2019, so no successor figure exists for it.91
- Tailored Brands has been privately held since emerging from Chapter 11 in December 2020 and files no 10-K; no public supplier list, modern-slavery statement naming countries, 2021–2026 ESG report or executive interview naming current sourcing countries was found.56
