Are tailors in Vietnam good quality?

On fabric: Same split as Hoi An: reputable workshops label honestly; tourist storefronts mislabel. Ask for mill books.
How do I avoid tailor scams in Vietnam?
Medium — tout commissions and upsells exist. Commission steering exists everywhere tourists go; aggression is far lower than Thailand's tout economy. Book named shops directly, never follow a driver's recommendation, and ask to see the canvas inside the jacket.
How long does a suit take in Vietnam?
