What Express publishes
- The jackets chart, with an IN / CM toggle, gives chest, waist, hip and three sleeve lengths for every size — the only chart in this set that publishes a sleeve for every size in every length variant.1
- The chest figures are body measurements: "For Chest — Lift your arms slightly and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of your chest."1
- But the neck instruction on the same page tells you to measure a garment: "For Neck — Measure a shirt collar that fits you well, lay collar flat and measure from center of collar button to far end of collar buttonhole." Body for chest, garment for neck, on one page — precisely the distinction that trips buyers up.1

If you get the size wrong
- Returns run 30 days from the delivery date in the US and 60 days for orders shipped outside it, which cannot be returned in stores.6
