“WOW! Ordered a suit online with Linda. She contacted me by video call to go through the measuring process and once confirmed measurements again, around 4 weeks later a made to measure suit arrived in the UK. Fitted perfectly and I didn't even visit! Fantastic quality and customer service from Linda. Would definitely recommend!”
You're entering measurements in inches.
Most tapes show both. Read the inch (in) side on every measurement, and keep it consistent — mixing the two makes every garment the wrong size. Prefer the other system? Switch with the cm · kg toggle below; we convert everything you've already entered.
For best results
Ask a friend to help — self-measurement is possible, but a second pair of hands is far more accurate.
Use a soft tailor's measuring tape. A rigid ruler or string won't contour to your body and the numbers will be off.
Measure in thin, fitted clothing — a t-shirt and light trousers or underwear. Never over jeans, a belt, or a thick sweater, and empty your pockets.
When a step says “fingers of space”, slide your fingers flat under the snug tape and read the number with them still in. Skin-tight numbers make tight garments.
